Course Features

The Highlights feature lets you save your favorite text snippets from the course to your user account. These are saved in your user account and are not shared with any third parties or visible to anyone else. Your highlights are deleted from the Liftoff website when you delete your account.

Analytics

The Liftoff site uses Fathom for analytics, which is GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy, PECR (and more) compliant. Fathom uses anonymous pageview tracking that doesn’t collect or store personal data or store cookies.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, Tweets, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How payments are handled

Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy.com, a platform for creators. We do not store any sensitive payment information on the LiftoffCourse.com website. Instead, your payments are securely encrypted and processed by Lemon Squeezy.

For buyers of the All Access or Mentor packages, your purchase comes with access to an online dashboard where you can access the course. To activate your course dashboard, your payment email address and name will be used to create a login on LiftoffCourse.com.

Who we share your data with

We will never sell or lease your personal data to a third party. However, to process payments, create your account, and provide you with our service, we may need to securely share your information in some circumstances with:

• Service providers and others who help with our business operations and assist in the delivery of our products and services including, but not limited to, site hosting, maintenance, IT services, customer service, email delivery services, payment processing, marketing, analytics, and enforcement of our Terms of Service Agreement and other agreements;
• Persons or entities with whom you consent to have your personal data shared;
• Third parties in order to prevent damage to our property (tangible and intangible), for safety reasons, or to collect amounts owed to us;

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

At any point, you may delete your account on LiftoffCourse.com by logging into your Dashboard, going to the My Account page, and clicking the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page. This will remove your account and any associated data from LiftoffCourse.com.
